Bishop Toast Radio Ethan Pohl FRAUDSTER aka fourthstartcg. Ethan Pohl from Chelmsford, Massachussetts has been scamming hundreds of people through various online selling platforms such as facebook, efour, E4, ebay, instagram. He operates out of 116 ACTON RD CHELMSFORD, MA 01824 under the user name fourthstartcg He targets his victims who are unknowing of ecommerce and in the age range of 12 to 17. He promotes his pokemon cards on Bishops Toast Raddio then scams children online. After making a purchase of high end pokemon cards his victims quickly realize they not be receiving their order. After he defrauds his victim he contacts the police and makes false reports against them in order to make himself appear to be the victim.
